Nickname. When creating an account you must choose a nickname. It is publicly visible to your opponents, on the leaderboard and in every party you take part in. By choosing a nickname, you agree that it will:
We reserve the right to remove or change a nickname that violates these requirements without prior notice.
If you have created an account, you have the right to delete it at any time. Account deletion is permanent — once confirmed, your account and all associated data cannot be recovered.

Duels are rated and parties are played with friends. In both, you agree to play yourself, in real time, without outside assistance from software that solves or reveals the word. Guesses are rate-limited and capped per round; attempting to circumvent those limits, to disconnect deliberately to avoid a loss, or to arrange results with another player is a breach of these Terms.
We may reset a rating, remove a leaderboard entry, or suspend or terminate access for any account we reasonably believe is breaking these rules.
Duels are matched worldwide across all supported languages: both players receive the same word, each with the hints and the answer in their own language. The first correct guess takes the round.
Every rated duel changes your rating, including matches you leave, forfeit or lose by disconnection. The app features a public leaderboard showing the top 250 players by rating; your nickname, avatar, rating and games played may appear there and be visible to all users. By using the app you acknowledge and agree to this. You may not use duels or the leaderboard to harass, impersonate, or target other users.
Rating formulas, thresholds and the size of the leaderboard may be adjusted as the game evolves.
You may host a private party of up to 8 players or join one with a 6-character code. When taking part in a party:

Coins are a virtual in-game currency used to buy helps in Solo. They are earned by playing, through the daily reward, and by watching optional rewarded advertisements, subject to a daily limit.
The app will ask for your permission to send push notifications. If granted, they are used only to tell you that an opponent has been found, that someone wants a rematch, or that a match has finished, plus one optional daily reminder scheduled on your device at a time you choose. Notification permission is entirely optional — you can deny or revoke it at any time in your device settings or in the app, without losing any other functionality.
The app is free to use and is supported by advertising. Advertisements are served through Google AdMob, which uses the following mediation partners:
By using the app, you agree to the display of advertisements between games, and to optional rewarded advertisements that you choose to watch in exchange for coins. Ads served may be personalized based on your device's advertising identifier. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings (iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; Android: Settings → Google → Ads). You may not use any mechanism to block, interfere with, or circumvent the display of advertisements within the app.
All words, hints, design, artwork, sound and code within the app are the property of the developer. You may not reproduce or distribute any of this content without prior written permission.
Game modes, rules, scoring, timings, helps and content may change at any time as the game is developed, and the service may be interrupted for maintenance. Multiplayer modes require an internet connection and a current version of the app; we do not guarantee that older versions will remain supported.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the words, hints or accepted answers are error-free at all times, or that the service will be uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Effective Date" at the top will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
